Tell us about a subject you enjoy studying

 

My favorite subject at the moment is "emotional education". Is an elective that I took because I found it very interesting to learn it, especially in my career. It is about understanding and knowing how to control our emotions in the face of different stimuli. I love it because it can be used to work with children and help them learn to understand their emotions from a young age. I learned that it is not good to repress emotions, it is not good for your health and it is not good for your mental state. Emotions should be expressed freely. I thought it would be an interesting subject although I was surprised at how important it is and that we should all take a class like that. I learned that it is important to be fraternal with the emotions of others and of oneself, to understand and respect the people next to us because we do not know if they are going through a bad moment or if they do not feel well.
